We offer both indoor & outside quality catering services with a variety of dishes/meals (both local & international) accompanied by great hospitality & customer care services.

The catering block consists of a large multipurpose dining hall with a sitting capacity of 1,000, 2 outer blocks of rest rooms, a large modern kitchen, 2 storage areas with a cold room, a deep freezer, a veranda dining area, wash up areas, 2 changing rooms and 2 toilets.


Other facilities at your service in TMLC include ample parking & functions space, laundry, sizable conference & assembly halls, sofiscated meetings & presentation
facilities, well equipped library, all of which is accompanied by mind blowing hospitality levels you can ever imagine.

4. Printing




TMLC has one of the finest printing facilities, where all sorts of quality designs & prints are done majorly
for the college, partners & trade unions. It is situated in college’s printing block, with a large printing space, an ample office space, 2 stores, a reception and 2 rest room blocks.




1. Accommodation

The College has 2 hostel blocks A and B with 72 rooms, an office, a partitioned medium sized recreational centre cum meeting room, a canteen, laundry rooms, 6 ablution block areas and 3 stores.

In addition to the above, the Government of China in collaboration with the Government of Kenya constructed a multipurpose conference Resource Centre facility in 2008-2010.

The Resource Centre provides modern accommodation facilities in 81 self-contained rooms, a Presidential suite, six executive suites, a modern kitchen with an adjoining dining room cum, restaurant and laundry facilities.

2. Catering Services

TMLC offers three categories of educational programmes:

  • Workshops, symposiums and seminars related to the general area of trade unions work.
  • Short specialized courses and training programmes tailor-made to fit the needs of individual unions.
  • Certificate and Diploma Courses in areas of Business and ICT, Labour, among other several value added disciplines.

The main clientele at the College are trade union leaders and members most of who are affiliated to COTU (K). 

The College has also been able to act as a focus centre for trade union education in Eastern Africa and other countries in Africa. On some occasions, the College has also acted as a host to major international trade union activities and projects.

5. Transportation
The college has a stand by bus & Van that are used for transportation, both internally & any private services.
6. Security


The college has tight security with very efficient & alart guards, as well as non uniform personels offerring a 24 hours tremendous Intelligence and profesionalism that ensures the atmost safety of not only TMLC, but our guests, clients & their property as well.
















7. ICT
The college has an ICT department which ensures that there is the latest Information & Communication Technology, and all other related services to not only the staff , but our clients & stakeholders as well.
